The Atlanta VA Health Care System is recruiting Physicians for their newly established CBOC clinic located in Pike County, Georgia. This clinic provides primary care, along with limited specialty care services, and operates in a multidisciplinary PACT model with Monday through Friday business hours. The physician will work on a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) and provide comprehensive medical care to an assigned panel of veterans. .Clinical Responsibilities: Provides primary care services for a panel determined by the facility. Performs physical exams, including comprehensive Women's services, according to performance measure guidelines and procedures. Dictates/types notes according to policy/procedure.
