The mission of the Clinical and Reading Ophthalmologist is to serve the needs of America's Veterans by providing the highest quality care through clinical in-person exams at the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System Eye Clinic and through virtual eye clinics in the Technology-based Eye Care Services (TECS) program. The physician will be assigned to the Nashville VA Eye Clinic and is stationed at the Nashville VA or one of its CBOCs. This is a comprehensive staff ophthalmologist position that encompasses both in-person and virtual care that reports directly to the Chief of Ophthalmology at the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System.
