IU Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN Generalist to join our growing group of physicians and advanced practice providers dedicated to exceptional patient care.
Position Highlights
- Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including outpatient clinic, labor and delivery, and gynecologic surgery.
- Participate in a shared call rotation with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
- Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries as well as a range of gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic surgery.
- Collaborate with physicians, CNMs, and APPs in a supportive, team-based model.
- Maintain high-quality, patient-centered clinical care across both OB and GYN services.

Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
- Open to experienced physicians and new graduates.
- No fellowship required.
- Visa sponsorship available (H-1B/J-1).
The new IU Health Bloomington Hospital and Regional Academic Health Center, part of the Indiana University Health Medical Group, opened in December 2021. The facility offers a personalized approach to inpatient services (including intensive care, complex surgeries and comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services), outpatient services with leading-edge diagnostic testing, flexible space in the emergency department for post-care observation, a dedicated trauma center and a cancer infusion center.
At the same time, the facility strengthens healthcare education by providing space for collaboration and coordination of care and teaching. Students and trainees frequently come to the hospital side of the facility for clinical experiences.
