As affiliates of University of Rochester Medicine, integrated academic health system, we provide access to the expertise of a respected medical research institution yet maintain the warmth and convenience of a community-focused hospital. Our affiliation allows our patients to remain in their own communities, near their support systems, yet have access to specialized medical care in Rochester if needed. Our system includes the 67-bed Nicholas H. Noyes Memorial Hospital and is home to the outpatient Saunders Surgical Center, the 24-hour Mary Saunders Beiermann Emergency Department, the Ann and Carl Myers Cancer Center, a partnership with University of Rochester Medicine Wilmot Cancer Institute. The Noyes Birthing Center continues to set itself apart by offering a uniquely supportive and patient-centered environment. Our team is committed to making childbirth not only safe and evidence-based, but also holistic and personalized. From prenatal care through delivery and postpartum support, we strive to honor each family's preferences and values, creating a space where patients feel hea...rd, respected, and empowered. Noyes Health’s Birthing Center continues to grow and innovate. In the past year, we welcomed 244 births, with a breastfeeding initiation rate of 87.1% and a primary Cesarean section rate of just 10%.
