We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join Arrowhead Behavioral Health, a specialized inpatient psychiatric hospital in Toledo, OH. This role offers a highly competitive compensation package and a strong clinical support structure, allowing you to concentrate on delivering expert care to adults with psychiatric and substance use disorders alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Quick Facts* Employment Type: Full-time, Employed* Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shifts (hours flexible) with some weekend coverage.* Call: Rotating weekend and nighttime patient call consultations for medication adjustments, and admissions orders.

Patient Volume: Moderate to high acuity inpatient census* Location: Toledo, Ohio* Practice Setting: Inpatient psychiatric hospital* Support / Care Team: Collaborative team of psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and social workers

Responsibilities* Provide comprehensive psychiatric and substance use disorder care to adult inpatients* Perform psychiatric evaluations, develop and manage individualized treatment plans* Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and behavioral health specialists* Manage medication therapy and patient monitoring* Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation
