RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Pediatrician to join a well-established, thriving multi-provider practice along the Jersey Shore. Conveniently located in Toms River, NJ--within close proximity to both New York City and Philadelphia--this opportunity offers an ideal balance of professional growth and coastal lifestyle.
This is a full-time position within a collaborative practice environment supported by experienced physicians and dedicated clinical staff, utilizing advanced EHR and digital technologies to deliver high-quality pediatric care.
Position Overview
The General Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric patients within a busy and supportive practice. This role offers a strong work-life balance with a four-day work week and shared call schedule, along with the opportunity to practice in a community-focused setting with access to RWJBarnabas Health's extensive resources.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated minimum salary range for this position if hired to work is $185,000 per year.
The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
