We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient practice at the Psychiatric Institute of Washington in Washington, DC. Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health care to adult patients with various psychiatric and addiction disorders
- Administer medication management, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based treatments
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EMR
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $140,000 - $155,000

Qualifications
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- 3-5 years of experience as a PMHNP
- Active or eligible Washington, DC nurse practitioner license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
