Indiana University Health Medical Group seeks a Primary Care physician to practice team-based care in our progressive, southside family medicine clinic in Lafayette, IN (Home of Purdue University).

Employment Opportunity Details:

• Full-time (4 days per week schedule)
• Collegial team environment with participation in process improvement
• 100% outpatient
• Onsite procedure suites and lab
• Traditional family medicine practice: chronic disease management, wellness, for all ages of patients
• Shared phone call only:  approximately 1:25 for FM 1:12 IM
• Excellent base salary plus incentive opportunities and sign on bonus

Qualifications:

• US BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• MD/DO Indiana license or eligible
• Consistent and consecutive employment/training history
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to provide high quality patient care
• Team oriented, positive and patient centered
• Commitment to lifelong learning and open to change/improvement
