Salary: $100,000 – $151,000 (based on experience, education, and VA pay-setting guidelines)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Position Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to Veterans in a team-based setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and create treatment plans
• Deliver care through in-person, virtual, and phone visits
• Collaborate with specialists, mental health, and community services
