We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join the Northern Nevada Health System's expanding Primary Care team in beautiful Reno, Nevada. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, schedule flexibility, a new outpatient facility, and the support of a collaborative, medical group. Overview

• Employment Type: Employed, full-time position

• Schedule Flexibility: Either 4-10's or 5-8's depending on your needs

• Call: Minimal and very manageable (99% outpatient)

• Patient Volume: Consistent outpatient panel with room to grow

• Location: New NNMG Primary Care facility in Reno, Nevada

• Practice Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine within a supportive, team of 2 physicians and 3 APPs with more to come

• Support/Care Team: Dedicated MA support, front office staff, schedulers

• Technology: Cerner with AI Scribe functionality to streamline documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care for patients of all ages

• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support teams to deliver high-quality care

• Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities in a modern, efficient outpatient environment

• Utilize Cerner for documentation, supported by AI Scribe technology

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: In the $300K-$370K range

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Board Certification required upon start)

• Active or ability to obtain an unrestricted Nevada medical license

• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
