Opportunity Details

We are seeking full-time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join Texoma Medical Center's Urgent Care team in Denison, Texas and Durant, Oklahoma. This role offers a predictable 4-day work week and high-acuity clinical exposure, allowing you to practice a broad scope of urgent care medicine while working within a supportive and efficient care environment.

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Employed* Schedule / Hours: Four 10-hour shifts per week* Call: No call required* Patient Volume: Approximately 45 patients per day per center* Location: Denison, TX and Durant, OK (rotation between sites)* Practice Setting: Urgent Care centers (open 7 days per week)* Support / Care Team: Collaborative team of providers and clinical support staff* EMR / Technology: Modern urgent care EMR system

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services for patients of all ages in a fast-paced clinical environment* Perform typical urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting, and minor procedures* Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries* Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff* Manage day-to-day patient care responsibilities* Document care using EMR system

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant* Active or eligible Texas and/or Oklahoma license* Minimum of 2 years of urgent care, emergency medicine, or related experience preferred* Comfortable with common urgent care procedures* Emergency Room experience preferred but not required
